I took a Poulan 33cc 2-stroke weedeater and with a little effort built a low hp producing outboard motor. The whole project cost me less than 0 and that's including the weedeater purchase. The parts you need to build one of these pups include: Trolling motor prop (.99 on ebay shipped) 13mm nut (**not 10mm like I said in the video**) (around VideoDescription.25) Large washer (VideoDescription.20 at my local hardware) Poulan 33cc 2-stroke (on ebay for around ) So it's safe to say this is an easy less than 0 build, as long as prices stay where there at on these items. Instructions: 1.) Take the weedeater head off the shaft. 2.) Drill out either of both sides of the prop to ensure proper fit. The shaft screw needs to clear one end of the prop enough to tighten the nut down on it. hold the parts together as you go to make sure that everything lines up properly. 3.) Once all your drilling and prep work is done, place the washer on first, then mix together your JB weld and apply it to the screw shaft threads, and on the tip of the screw shaft. 4.) Immediately slide the prop into place and tighten the nut down onto the screw shaft. ( DO NOT LITERALLY "TIGHTEN", it really doesn't even need to be snug. Screw the nut until there is only a hair of play between the washer and the prop. This prevents unnecessary ...
